Leadership

ICT Frame is managed by Mina Aryal, the highly regarded Chief Editor. Mina received her education at the Nepal Commerce Campus in Minbhawan, Kathmandu, where she received her Master of Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. She grew up in Gorkha. Her change from banking to tech media business person was inspired by her conviction that “need is the mother of creation.” She imagined a worldwide innovation entryway with the slogan “Act Locally, Think Universally.” ICT Frame’s success is largely attributable to Mina’s dedication to utilizing ICT for youth development.

ICT Frame has two magazine editions—one tailored for international readers in English, and another for local readers in the Nepali language. This bilingual approach expands accessibility and serves diverse tech interests. The main website, ictframe.com, delivers global tech news and tutorials, while the local site np.ictframe.com addresses Nepalese readers, bridging global technology trends with local needs.

About Mina Aryal

Mina Aryal’s life is deeply connected to her career in technology, heavily influenced by her husband, Chiranjibi Adhikari, a prominent cybersecurity expert in Nepal. As the CEO of One Cover Pvt., Nepal’s leading cybersecurity consulting firm, Chiranjibi has provided cybersecurity guidance to Nepalese, international, and government agencies and serves as the Cyber Security Advisor for the Nepal Chamber of Commerce’s IT Software and Technology Committee. The couple’s shared passion for technology is also reflected in their family; their children’s names, “Prabidhi” (Technology) and “Sanchar” (Communication), signify their dedication to innovation, connectivity, and the tech industry.
